
Photos of Wood Frog - Lithobates sylvaticus
A small, brown frog with a dark eye mask. To a certain extent freeze-tolerant and can breed in vernal pools. One of the first of the local frog species to appear in spring.

Single. The pond where I saw all these Wood Frogs has been still partially frozen.
