Getty Images purchased Unsplash. I don't support Getty Images business model which is based on charging for images and videos from the public domain. In particular, Getty Images is known to sue or threaten to sue companies and persons who use a photo which is in Getty's digital library.

Unfortunately, I cannot risk being sued by Getty Images for photos and videos I took, published in my website and unfortunately submitted to Unsplash.
Further, Unsplash gets abused by spammers linking malicious content hidden behind a shortened link.
It's a pity that I have to drop Unsplash though. I loved their mission and the fact that the company is located in Montreal. I am looking for a new service allowing me to distribute my photos. Meanwhile, I publish my photos here.
